Asian Culinary Awards
Asian Culinary Awards – UDON & Fòrum Gastronòmic is the contest, born of the alliance between UDON Noodle Bar & Restaurant and the Fòrum Gastronòmic, which aims to find the country’s best Asian recipe created by a professional chef. The contest, which comes to the fourth edition, is open to working chefs and students or professionals from the gastronomic sector.
The contestants have to create an Asian dish suitable to be on the menu in the UDON restaurants, in front of a professional jury who will judge the creation on originality, harmony and a contrast of flavours and ingredients.
