Puigpedrós cheese from Molí de Ger and Ventalló Oil cooked by chefs Patrick Orriols and Domingo Castells
Chefs Patrick Orriols and Domingo Castells, from the Cuina Pirinenca collective in Cerdanya, will prepare several recipes that will feature two products awarded with the Girona Excel-lent seal of guarantee. On the one hand, the cheese Puigpedrós de Molí de Ger and on the other the Oli de Ventalló. During the session you can taste the recipes prepared by the two chefs, as well as a tasting of olive oils from Ventalló, the Serraferran extra virgin olive oil and Anna Trull de Ventalló extra virgin olive oil.
