They will get an understanding of the 4 M's behind a good espresso coffee: ‘Mano, Molino, Mezcla y Maquina’ (hand, grind, blend and machine) . Attendees will learn about alternative coffee preparation methods: siphon, aeropress, V60, Clever and French press. The session will be taught by Pablo Contreras (Q Grade, QP2 Certificate, Nutritionist and Master in Food Technology), over 20 years of experience in the specialty coffee market in Mexico and Latin America.
