A representative of the different actors in the value chain will take part in the session: IRTA, Cluster del aceite, producer Oleum Flumen, professional chefs such as Joel Castanyé (chef of La Boscana) and Montse Freixa (Evooeasy), Caviaroli and gastronomic journalist Carmen Alcaraz.
