While waiting for this well-deserved recognition for their restaurant in Barcelona (they have another, Compartir, meaning Share, in Cadaqués), Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas continue to do their thing, which is to offer cutting edge, creative cuisine. They are keeping the legacy alive of El Bulli, where they once played an indispensable part, forging the legendary restaurant of Cala Montjoi.
